when i view this forum,got a something "lag",With before 2or3 day different.example scroll down and scroll up ,Rate down/lag...

So, your suggestion is to make lagg?
Being that I haven't had any lag yet, nor any reports from our host, Im guessing it's an issue with your browser, try clearing your cache & cookies.

I was a bit confused from this post this morning as well,
From my understanding, they are saying that when you scroll up and down, there is a slight lagg with the page movement. Which I have noticed but it seems to be like that on all Forumotion hosted forums I use.
