Hey,

I thought I would post and see if anyone has heard anything about the Global Entrepreneurship Congress(GEC) or would like to learn about GEC and how they could possibly get involved.

About GEC:
The Global Entrepreneurship Congress is a massive conference which happens each year in different locations. In 2009, the event was first set up by the Kauffman Foundation and has been hosted in Kansas in the USA and Shanghai in China. Businessmen and Entrepreneurs from all over the globe gather together to share ideas, experiences and advise. Each year there are a wide variety of famous guest speakers. This year included special talks for students with Richard Branson and CEO's from both Jagex and Tesco.

The college I study at asked if a group of students would like to go to Liverpool, UK between the 12th and 13th of March in order to attend the event and represent the college in its programme to help young entrepreneurs. I said that I would like to go and that it was a great experience and I learnt a huge amount and it has encouraged me to review previous ideas for business.

If anyone would like to learn any more about the Global Entrepreneurship Congress(GEC) then please click on the image below.
