Need help with a project

Can you help me with something, i rlly want this to be done today.

So, i got a navigation dropdown menu for my website but the website look very plain and boring.

But the project i want to be fixed is, the background.


I want a computer monitor as the background and the dropdown menu on the computer monitor so it would go across it,
