Breakfast.
Well... when I was living with my parents, Sunday was 'Family day", most of the times it would mean we would go out to eat together. We usually did so between lunch time and a little early for dinner time.
That aside, some morning we would go to the park to go cycling together or play some ball game.
Other times we stay home watching soccer or other sports finals.
Some other times, we stay and in the afternoon we have a grill, this is specially during some sort of celebration, like a birthday.
I miss it.

Dinner. That's when we are most free.

Almost always dinner. On the weekends it's both, and I'm never awake for breakfast

Actually, our family are the "lunch" types. We all agree that "dinners" have us all stuffed (like Christmas) and can't move for the rest of the night! lol
At least with lunch, by the time dinner comes again you can function normally

Lunch. We do it at Christmases generally, and we have Christmas Lunch. A few years back, we had relatives over from Australia who we had never met before.
