I don't know if you moved or just hadn't noticed this, but since I cannot send PMs I thought in letting you know through this thread. I thought this was important given the nature of this board niche.

Since I am not sure HTML code works fine in posts (unlike private messages... apparently)I will leave the message inside 'code' tags, so you can see the tags the way I see it.

The only clickable part of the message is wher eit mentions to separate the 'http://'.

Okay, this is the message:
Code:
Hello,
<br><br>
Welcome to HTML Forum, where you are always free to open a topic in any of our sections, including our General Discussion.

Please take a moment to introduce yourself to the forum, and everyone else here by replying to our <a href="http://www.codinghelp.org/t16-introduce-yourself">Introduction Thread</a>.

If you have any issues what so-ever please feel free to Private Message any member of staff or open a topic in the General Discussion board. But please don't send a Message regarding any scripting issues.
<br><br>BTW, there is temporarily a 1 post requirement before you can send or reply to a PM.<br>If you need to post a link within your first seven days of membership, please separate the http:// and the rest of the address, or put it in between code tags.<br><br><br>
<br>
Thanks,<br>
HTML Team.

ADDED: I noticed in our profiles by default HTML is not enabled, so that could be why it reached me this way. However, even after enabling it and returning to open the PM, it still doesn't show no change and it is not displaying properly.

Can you confirm that when u read the message that it works now please.
You should also be able to PM as well, we have a 1 post minimal, to prevent spam bots.

It looks the same to me. Perhaps the changes will only apply to new welcoming PM and not already sent ones... Neutral

It's likely to be your preferences being disable HTML.

The admins should set it to be default: Yes.

It won't change... I think if you create a new account though it would be different
