We've added a JS code that eliminates the confirmation page when posting.

If it doesnt work for you please tell us so we can fix it up.

Enjoy Very Happy

^^^^ I agree I don't find it as a major update or anything that really changes CodingHelp.org, just a slight update, it's cool anyways.

I provided this code for you a long time ago in PM. Curious as to why you never used it, since all the codes out there for that feature are rubbish.

Anyway, I hope you did it the correct way and not the Iframe way Razz

The one thats floating about is terrible though.

And no, Drogba, I provided it for free to help this forum lol Razz
I've seen the one your using now, its not great but its a lot better and more creative than the Iframe version that floating about.

People still aren't doing it properly though, people need to research into sending forms via ajax.

Doesn't seem like you need it.
The current code going around, the 'meta[http-equiv="refresh"]' jQuery one is very creative I must say. And its certainly an improvement on the old iframe based script.
Just a shame its got that horrible point where your actually ON the information page.

If anyone's been to avacweb recently, you'll see that using my custom editor, there is absolutely no page refresh and no page change AT ALL. The post simply appears on the screen, same with editing on my forum, no page change or refresh at all, your post is immediately edited after submitting. Wink This is only possible by doing it the proper way.
