Hey i am developing a ASP.net website and wanted to use CSS but CSS framework has a standard set of grids, selectors, and other code, it limits what you can design: layout sizes, grid width, button types, styles, and anything else.
2. It will add extra code.A CSS framework will inevitably have code that we don’t need.
Please guide me in the same..

ASP is old, move forward to PHP. Much more freedom.
Not sure what your asking? You can't make your own CSS selectors or propeties.
