Cursor coding help

I've been working on a cursor for my Tumblr, but for some reason whenever I scroll past a certain point the custom cursor disappears. Same goes for if I hover over a photoset. All links and everything else appears to work fine. Any idea what could be going wrong? You can check it out for yourself here.

What CSS did you use? Something like this:
